Our ZLD plants are engineered to handle R.O. reject streams using a combination of evaporators—such as falling film, forced circulation, or both—to maximize concentration of wastewater. The evaporated water is condensed and reused, while the concentrated residue is dried up in spray dryers or agitated thin film dryers to produce a dry powder that can be repurposed as a by-product or safely landfilled.
